I believe that's "One More Clock" IIRC.

Did lot of tinkering to find most balanced, clean, and functional home screen. Achieving below can be done within 5-10 minutes.

You can use One More Clock from the Play Store. That's what I'm doing. Almost the same thing.

The Moto circles widget does not exist on the Moto X.

It is One More Clock Widget. I've used it on my HTC One X. I stopped using it because it had a bad habit of stopping on my HTC One.
