The predicted high for today is just around 50F (10C) about 10-15 below normal.

The weather does not quickly change. It ALWAYS rains except when it rarely does not!

The predicted high for today is just around 50F (10C) about 10-15 below normal.

Yup. Set a new record of a low high. It hit only 51F and it is suppose to be mid-60's. Weatherman just said 51F is the normal high for Feb 16th!! And over half an inch of rain. Nice at the moment and a walk calls.
