Let's see your Pixel 6 and 6 Pro photos!

Without nightsight active it still seems to brighten photos up. This room was much darker than it appears in the photo. Anyone else noticing lightening up dark shots?

Cool shot! The standard mode will definitely still work pretty well in low light conditions up to a certain point.

Also, keep in mind that the Camera app will also automatically switch to Night Sight if it feels it's necessary (which can be easy to miss while you're busy taking the shot), so are you certain it wasn't Night Sight? You can tell by the little crescent moon icon that appears on the thumbnail in Google Photos.

Interesting clouds today. More spring-like.

The ability to shoot indoor, low light, moving things. THIS is why the Pixel is perfect for me, and why I'm such a Pixel fan.

The first one is Chucker Cheese, where all the lighting is yellow and dim. She's on the ride, it's moving, and she's sliding around. Despite that, no oil painting hair, and barely any smudging.

Second is living room. Evening, blinds closed, shades drawn, lamp light. She's not posing, but is in mid song. Again, no oil painting for hair, edges and borders aren't melting, and I got a picture in 1 shot with no prep.

You and I are in the same boat. I'm surprised Google doesn't really advertise this. Capture your kids better, on a Pixel. I can't count at this point how many pictures that would've been a blurry mess on my S21 Ultra. It's better than it was after the One UI 4.1 update but it's still night and day, the Pixel takes the cake.
