That peppers shot reminds me of a chicken dish we had in Shanghai - more hot peppers than chicken. Boy, was it incendiary.

Got to put the telephoto lens to the test last night at my daughter's dance recital and very pleased with the results. I shot these at 8x zoom.

I neglected to get a before shot but there was not a lot of chicken and it took work to separate it from those peppers. The name of the restaurant was the Spicy Lounge. All of the dishes were somewhat "warm" but the chicken was, well, incredible. We asked our tour guide (10 days in China) to take us to one of his favorite lunch places! We thought he liked our group! Most of our group was very red in the face.

Actually, the China trip is what triggered the Pixel 3 and Google Fi move. Trying to keep prying eyes out of my stuff! Got it two weeks before the trip. Served me well. I have a feeling the portrait will be on its side. Those are mountains across the river lit up at night.
