Lg 3 Homescreen app not loading after reboot.

I have an LG 3. My smart notice app at the top of my homescreen that contains the weather on the left and the time and date on the right shows nothing when I reboot my phone, it just shows to blankscreens It is the app that came with the phone . I have to reload the app from my widget box and then it works fine until I power down and reboot the phone. What is causing this problem?

Do you have Wi-Fi or data on to load the weather? I personally turned off that feature..

No, I don't. I actually download HD widgets and replaced the time/weather widget. I moved the blank one to another screen I don't use. Now when I periodically check it, it works fine. I am not sure the issue was before but I really like the HD widget and will use that instead.ad
