LG doesn't seem to want to win

All four major carriers are offering some kind of promotion, or competitive pricing, in addition to LG offering a headphone promotion with the V20.

Whether the promotion or competitive pricing is best for you depends on what kind of phone you would have for trade-in, and if the carrier will accept the trade-in.

In my case, I have an old S4 that I will use as a trade-in with AT&T, and get 200 dollars off the 830 V20 price they are offering, which would effectively make it a 630 phone for me.

Verizon offers the V20 for 672, but wouldn't give me a trade-in value for the S4. Odds are good that the phones Verizon will accept for trade-in, you could probably get a better price on Ebay. There in the case of Verizon, the reason to go with them is because the 672 is the most competitive price without a trade-in.

T-Mobile and Sprint have similar or variations of those deals.

T-Mobile has already started shipping the V20s, AT&T will start shipping in a few days.

If someone is coming from a Note 7, I would not use that as a trade-in, but simply get a refund, and then decide what to do with the proceeds

AT&T Business customers still get 2 year contract pricing at $329 with the option to upgrade after 1 year.

It is, lol! I'm currently flying solo with an Asus Zenphone 2 that AC loving handed to me last year and its been getting me by nicely believe it or not!! ....which is why although I want to get the V20, I'm kind of holding out to see some customer hands on reviews here on the boards of the AZ3D. So for now....either v20 t-mobile branded or AZ3D US unlocked for me.

The Note 7 was released earlier than it should have and we all know how that turned out. Why are people saying the V20 should also have been released early?

Heck, Samsung still can not even replicate the issue. I still think Samsung were pushed into a ten billion and counting revenue hit by the media, their lawyers and the Gubiment. How can Samsung confirm and support fault when they can not even replicate the problem? They speculated it was the battery and the cell build process. They STILL do not know what really happened, or if it was really as bad as hysteria pushed the perception.

This is such a good point. I'm not trying to bash Samsung with this comment - all I'm saying is that there's a reason why companies take their time and may wait a bit longer before releasing new products to the public. They can't always afford to jump the gun and sell products earlier than projected.
