LG Fiesta won't swipe or type even after Factory reset

I just performed a factory reset on my LG Fiesta because it was frozen and unresponsive to any swipes at the lock screen. Fortunately, it now can rotate and volume works, but it still will not let me type or swipe. I have small cracks here and there, but it has never been a problem before. The phone has worked like a charm. Can someone help?

If the small cracks are n the digitizer, the top glass level, you may have to get that (or the screen, whichever way is cheaper - replacing the digitized is a lot of work) replaced. One tiny little crack in just the wrong place and the entire digitizer is dead.

Bring it to a repair shop.
