LG G Stylo camera error, how can I fix it?

Lg g stylo camera error

I just got the of g stylo about 2 days ago.
It was working perfectly fine then today I went to enter my camera and it says
"Camera error cannot open camera"
I have turned my phone on and off multiply time probably 6 or 7 times, force closed the camera 2 times, I've tried everything the internet has told me to do. Also on the back of the phone where the auto focus laser thing is there is a red light blinking. I'm assuming that means the camera is running or something. But nothing is running my camera. Please help. I just spent $200 a few days ago on this and I'm pissed.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you installed any apps that also have Camera permissions (especially flashlight apps)? Try uninstalling them.

Also, see if the problem persists in Safe Mode, which disables all 3rd party apps temporarily: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21843

I've battled with this problem for a long time now, after deleting my flashlight app and rebooting the phone, the camera works right.
