LG G2 Bootloop Issue

I have LG G2 with 4.2.2 and rooted the phone with ioroot and installed TWRP and now the phone seems to be in bootloop. Not sure whether that is the correct term to use. Phone boots up and all that i see is LG logo for few seconds and screen goes blank and has blinking Green and blue LED. When i try to hard reset the phone it takes me to TWRP. I am not able to recover from the backup and if i try to use adb sideload nothing happens. Can you anyone please shed some light and help me how can i bring my phone back to normal?
