LG G2 gone blank and will not power!

I bought the phone from a repair shop I observed overtime that the battery after drained fast. While charging the phone at one point the screen turned blue and wasn't returning to the normal off screen mode. At this point I turned it off but it has refused to come-on since then. Any ideas how this can be fixed?

Welcome to Android Central! The battery might be old or defective, or there might be other hardware issues. Buying a device from a repair shop can be pretty risky. Did they offer any kind of warranty or return period?
