LG G2: Incipio dualpro

I purchased an incipio dual pro for this phone since otterbox doesn't offer the commuter for the Verizon version. The case is great but durability and warranty exchanges are awful. Has anyone else has any problems out of the case. Mine dropped from two feet and the plastic outer layer broke to pieces.

The OtterBox Commuter case for LG does in fact fit the Verizon model I went to the Sprint store and picked one up there are two versions one label says LG the other label says LG non Verizon get the one that just says LG and it fits perfect. I love it its great

Loving my DualPro so far.

Sorry if this sounds like a jerk answer, but isn't the point of a 20 dollar case to protect your 600 dollar investment? I would say if the case shattered, but protected your phone, that it did it's job perfectly, and it's time to pony up another 20 bucks for a new case. I can't see why or how a company would send you a replacement when you dropped it.

Here's hoping if I ever drop my G2, that the Dual Pro does it's job for me as well.

Yes a 20 dollar case was substantially cheaper than breaking the phone but after owning nothing but otterbox cases I was disappointed in the case only lasting one week. And I never own the bulky otters only the commuter series. And I drop my phone to often to purchase a case every time one breaks. I'm not mad at the company for not offering a refund I'm just letting others know that the dual pro isn't perfect for accident prone individuals.

And this is the commuter and not the defender right? I messaged otterbox on Twitter and they said they only have the non Verizon model.
