Hi all,
My daughter has a G2 Mini running Kitkat 4.4.2. Recently she's been receiving overheating, wifi dropouts and low battery endurance. I believe Lollipop may help this, but she was advised to factory reset after backing up, so she did.
The LG Backup app created a .lbf file of about 1gb, which she copied to the SD card before doing a Factory Reset.
Now, however, whenever we try to Restore in LG Backup, we just get the message "no backup data". We tried overriding the default location (in the App) to be sure it's where the .lbf is copied to, but nothing is picked up.
I'm not sure if LG Backup isn't seeing the file, or the file is corrupt.
We tried with LG PC Suite, but it's backup files are completely different format and extension and it doesn't see the .lbf file.
Any ideas ?
Thanks.
