LG G2 Mute Not Working

It is amazing, and I have double checked, but when my phone is on Mute, others can still hear me. This is with BT, or on Speakerphone. Very worrisome! Any ideas? Verizon Lg G2.

Same thing is happening to me. Mute is activated on dialer, but people can still hear me.

I'm on VS98024A.
