LG G2 Screen Issue

Anyone else have this problem where part of your screen is dead?
Home, quick note and other screens.
YouTube seems ok.
I guess I'll try a factory reset
AT&T BTW.
Phone is 17 months old.

So, thru the insurance for $99, they're sending a G3.
Factory reset didn't fix it.
