lg g2 stuck on cwm recovery please help

i was regularly loading custom roms and kernel on d802. recently official update popep up and someone click update and my phone is screwed.
now it is not going into bootloader, recovery. what so ever i do it goes to cwm recovery.

You have to flash back to stock recovery before installing any OTA updates. Note: the ATT OTA also breaks root.
