AC Question

hey,my lg g2 camera lens is tinted, and scratched, therefore the pictures suck... they get too bright when there's someting white in the photo, how can i get rid of that tint ? will isopropyl alcohol do the trick?

Hi Cristi! Welcome to Android Central! Not to over-simplify, but, have you checked to make sure that there isn't a little plastic cellophane-type covering over the lens itself? Most of the time, when the phones are new, they are shipped with that little patch over the lens to protect the lens itself. They are very hard to see, and I wasn't even aware of it being there until I read a post about it in these forums, lol.

If that's not what it is, I'm not sure if alcohol will remove the discoloration.

Hey
If the lens would be covered i guess it would have some sort of an handle for you to take it down... And nope, the phine is not new it is a second hand phone from 2013. I think the previous owner took the cellophane cover off already...i am still wondering what caused it to get tinted
