lg G2x failed to update and it can't restart

my Lg G2X failed to update and it can't reboot/restart nothing seems to work only this message appear on the screen when i switch it " S/W Upgrade please wait while upgrading " it has bein like this for the past three days, can somebody help me please am very worried , the fact i dnt knw anything about the fone

Even when you try to pull the battery out your still getting that error message? If so you may want to try to hard reset your phone.
