Just got back from my Local Best Buy Mobile store in the Oxmoor Mall in Louisville Kentucky. It was a fantastic experience, I'd recommend them to anyone. I know I sound like I'm shilling and I am, but I got 3 new phones today (for the family not all for me) on my family plan. Sold back two GS III's and an iPhone 4s under the 2 year old buy back plan. Got $200 in gift cards for activating a GS3, GS5 and iphone 5S and switched to an AT&T Next plan that will save me about $60 a month over what I previously way paying. Walked out with glass screen protectors on all three, a case and a car charging kit for the iphone and it cost me absolutely nothing, in fact I walked out with over $300 still in best buy gift cards. I know my experience was a bit different since I sold a bunch of phones back under a buy back plan thats no longer available and the no downpayment next really helped but I feel like I made out like a bandit. They did a great job of finding me discounts as well. Who knew there was a AAA discount on AT&T?

Best Buy failed me today. Went and called 3 bb and all were either inconsistent and unaware of the promotion. Horrible experience. Upgraded and bought 2 units only was given $100 for one not the other. One was for next program and another a regular two upgrade. BOOOO

I walked out of Best Buy with my new LG G3 metallic black on Sprint for $50.00 plus tax. That was a steal. I am coming from the Samsung Galaxy S3.

I called around all the best buy in my location and they only had 16gb/2gig ram variant. They had no way to confirm it was the 32gb/3gig ram variant I wanted. They claimed their website does not say which version is the deal. I asked if the sealed box says which model it is as well, but they said nothing on the box is mentioned. I gave up and will wait to till the 32gb is certain. Forgot to mention I'm with sprint.

I thought all in the us are the 32\3gb ram variants? I got mine at best buy and that's what I got.

I didn't hear news of US exclusively having 32gb/3gig ram variant. I wish Best Buy had some way to confirm which model they had for sale. Forgot to ask, are you Sprint network? If you, may I have the model number of yours please? I would like to have them cross reference it

Bought my son the LG G3 at Best Buy today and he loves it. They tried to talk him into a Galaxy S5 pretty hard. I wonder if they make more money off of the S5?

Not sure about that although based on my experience they likely had a heck of a lot more accessories for the S5 to try to sell him.

I'm on AT&T. A quick look at the Sprint website shows they sell the 32 gig with 3gigs ram model only. I guarantee you that best buy is selling the exact same Sprint phone.

I wish the stores would confirm which you said. Like I mentioned earlier, the representative have confirmed me they only had the 16gb/2gig ram and do not see my version I wanted. Even the in-store person whom I delt with said he had his hands on that as well. Maybe best buy was selling for AT&T the good stuff.

I wish someone who purchased the Sprint model at best buy would back me up. They aren't selling the 16/2. That model is not available on sprint nor att. The rep must have been confused.
