Flashify here, too. But be sure you choose Recovery image (at least a couple of people chose Boot image, and bricked their phones). And make sure you pick "Choose a file", and not "Download TWRP." The latter option will give you the standard TWRP, not the bumped version.

I just used Flashify and followed the promps, no issues whatsoever. Now comes the waiting game for a rocking ROM.

I'm having the same issue with encryption and TWRP. How do you decrypt the G3? Samsung had an option to decrypt with LG it seems like its a one way street. I had to factory reset my phone to get rid of the encryption load a custom ROM and then encrypt again (for work email and calendar). Now I'm stuck with this ROM unless I find a way around the device policy or factory reset again! Ughh.
