LG g3 bluetooth problems

Hello so I just bought me a new pair or LG tone ultra 810 and I connected it to my G3 and it showed it was paired but no sound it playing on it. It was before but not it doesn't for some reason could it be the phone or the Bluetooth headset?

Actually I think it is my phone because I connected it to an old version of head phones and their still no sound going to that pair to..do would any one have any idea how to fix this problem?
