LG G3 - Call log not working! (Verizon)

My brand new LG G3 on Verizon - the call log (listed as "recent" in the phone app) is not displaying any of my calls. I do still receive the push notifications when I've missed a call, but nothing in the call log. I've googled and can't find the answer - thanks!
 
You may go into Verizon and have someone review any blocks that may be present on your phone line. They could also remove, say, texting....Then go back and re-add it. This sort of regenerates your phone profile. If doesn't fix it, or try before you go in, call your voicemail (*86), input passcode, and select option 4 to review your voicemail options.
