AC Question

Hi All,

Hopefully you can help me as I'm pulling my hair out with my LG G3. It is the European 3GB RAM 32GB version, and when I turn it on I just get the black Kernel Panic screen, the latest error reporting it had 'Invalid RAM data'

I assume I need to force a fresh firmware install onto the phone? but I'm really struggling to do so. When I plug it into the PC it fires up onto the Kernel Panic and I press the Up volume key to enter download mode, the PC sees the phone. However, I can't find the correct way to factory reset? Is there a program? I have used LG mobile support tool, but it complains it cannot connect to the phone (even though Windows has picked it up).

When I then unplug the USB cable and remove the battery the phone stubbornly refuses to turn on or do anything (windows reports that a connected device malfunctioned). I have to leave the battery out of the device for a good 20 minutes before it allows it to power on again, but then still the same issue trying to get firmware on to it.

Any ideas please? am I just screwed with it?

Thanks,

Ryan.
