LG G3 Lag. The truth?

Amazon have a great price on the UK version at the mo. So I took the leap. Photography at gigs is important for me.

But over the course of a week I was afflicted with terrible lag - apps taking 10secs to load, videos stuttering constantly, all my music playing screwed up, tracks jumping... a nightmare

The camera was stunning, but I seriously couldn't live with the lag.

So i sent it back after a week, and am now back with my Note 3, which is completely smooth.

I have to say though, I wonder if I had a faulty one as I loved the camera so much. So many of you here are reporting no lag - I wonder if the no laggers are predominantly the 32/3 rather than the 16/2 we have in the UK...

First off, I love my 3 week old G3. Verizon version with 3GB. I see some lag opening the stock messaging app, and switching from text to text. It is pretty bad. But everything else on the phone makes up for it. The "Best" phone I owned so far.

I also own the 32gb model, up here in Canada on Bell. I use Nova Prime, and experience no lag whatsoever. Smooth and blazing fast. Getting 80 plus mgb/second download speeds. Best phone I have ever owned.

UI performance is fine on my G3 butttt music playback stutters and lags tho. Anyone know a fix..?!

I know this is an old thread but, just found an easy fix for some g3 users. mine works perfect. wife's has bad touch lag. go to settings, accesibility and turn off touch to zoom. world of difference on her phone. its perfect now. this also works on galaxy phones. seems that about 50% of phones come with this turned on. easy way to check... triple tap screen and it will zoom if it is on

I have a few phones I swap between (G3, Note 4, Note 3, M8, Turbo). None of these had this setting on. Strange yours came on out of the box
