Hi guys! I recently upgraded my g3 to the v20c version of Android lollipop. However ever since the update, my phone has been unable to play music and video files. It will give a message saying" an unknown error has occurred." the only short term solution I have is to reboot the phone, where it will
temporarily allow me to play my files. However after a short period of time, it will return to its "stuck" mode and refuse to play any media files! The only music app that currently works is spotify. So please help me to solve the issue! It's so frustrating having to reboot multiple times in a row!!!
