Okay so,
I have an LG G3 T-Mobile phone, and recently I updated to a software update. The update has been out for a while, and I just chose to upgrade today. Ever since then, I cannot make calls or any text messages, and when I get on the call or messaging app it slows down heavily and eventually freezes. I will try anything to get the features working again, as I need my phone very often for work. One sorta unrelated matter is that:
Half of my screen works, though I have an app that allows the phone to turn in all directions so I can use the area by flipping vertically/horizontally/ etc., so it'll be great if factory resetting isn't the only option, but if it's the last then so be it.
