Good Morning,
Me and my wife have a LG G3 for the past 3 years ( yes I know super old). However she is encountering an issue when prompt for a system update. We are both on Marsh-mellow 6.0 and I also did this similar system update with no issues. In her case when the phone reboots it goes directly to the little android plopped over with his little chest compartment open and all it says is error. I have reboot the phone holing down the Volume down and power button (I believe) and it can reboot back to the OS with no issues but it still asks her to install the system update. We are both on Software version D85130e I've checked several times that we are on Android 6.0. Would their be a way to delete the update and re-download it. Any advise would be great.
Thank you,
GoruNova
