Lg g3 root and tethering (sprint)

Okay so I recently rooted my phone on 5.0.1 and the only reason I really did it was to use hotspot and USB tethering for free. I've downloaded tons of different apps for rooted devices to be able to do it but every time I try an app an error comes up and says I'm not subscribed for using USB tethering or hotspot and asks if I would like to see subscription options. Anyone know how to get around this? Thanks ahead of time!
