Not impressed. The S5 camera shots that I've personally seen look way better. But I will resume judgment for when I go play with it in the store.

I think the s5 is regarded as the best mobile camera overall. My exposure to it is limited,but the g3 doesn't seem too far off.

The S5 is not as good as the Z2 and in lowlight its shockingly poor, many tech reviewers will confirm this.

I have taken a few pics with the G3 and I'm more than happy with the quality.

SOMEONE please upload a couple full quality images to DROPBOX or something, the forum attachment pixel cancer is killing my eyes.

Pretty please? Please. With the amount of downscaling it's very hard to tell what the potential is for cropping or printing.

I was recently shocked to learn how much the Nexus 5 camera has improved. I feel that one is still not up to the level of say the G2, but its stabilizer and noise filter embarrassed the S5 in dark shots.

Does the laser help with objects on the move? Have 2 small kids that can sometimes be impossible to take a pic of with my note 3. Just a big blur.

Try the free app 'Fast Burst Camera'. You will probably discard 9 out of 10 exposures but it's the one you keep that counts.

Day one with the camera. I like it. It's a real upgrade coming from the Nexus 5. I like that I can still use google camera app to do good quality photosheres.

Now I need to figure out where to upload the high resolution 4K videos.

Holding the shutter button makes it fire a burst of shots.
