LG G3: Sprint

Sprint really seems to want people to go in this direction. Is it really a better deal for someone coming from standard 2yr contract? Do I gain/lose anything compared to what I already have?

It is all personal preference. All of the carriers have some form of monthly pay/no contract programs.
My setup is that I can upgrade every year (if I want) and paying $25.00 or so per month is part of that.
Others don't mind the 2 year contract so they get that.

Are you currently on Sprint now?

Yep, three lines, two S3's and one EVO 4G LTE. I get a nice discount through employer, and NV in my area has made some nice improvements. It's not amazing, but much better than a year ago. My EVO was ready for upgrade a long time ago and one of the S3 is also. Hoping the G3 has decent radio for our situation. EVO was fine but S3's would struggle in some places, especially at wife's school. We'll both be trying the G3, just would be nice if Sprint gave us something for a standard 2yr renewal.

Eyes open for wifi calling, hey? My G Flex just got it and several other models should have it by the end of the month. Unless my memory fails, the G3 did not launch with wifi calling but apparently a bunch of phones are still candidates for the patch.

Phone goes on sale tomorrow actually, not the 18th.

Source: I work for Sprint.

Was pretty shocked walking in to work today and seeing my manager preparing the G3 display and all that.

Then please tell us as soon as you can whether wifi calling is on it.

You know if they are gonna compete with Verizon n knock $100 off?

Per my picture above, if you use Easy Pay, they will send you a $150.00 AMEX gift card.
I think that is their current deal.
If I verify any other info in the AM, I will post it up.
