LG G3 unable to play video

My LG G3 is unable to play any video file after upgrade to Android 5.0, both built in player and some 3rd party player like MX player. The video cannot be played and freeze on time zero.

However, no problem with watching video on youtube, facebook, etc.

Anyone has any idea and know how to fix? Is it only some setting problem?

Welcome to Android Central and the G3 forum.

Have you tried Clear Cache for those two apps in your app manager? Settings, Apps, All.
It may also be that a third-party app is causing trouble. You can test that by booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables third-party apps. If the problem stops, you'll have to identify and uninstall the app causing trouble.

And reading, time after time, to backup everything, perform the key/button Factory Data Reset. I do it after any major update.
