LG G3 wanted Note 3

I am getting a note 4 soon and giving my note 3 to my in law. But he wants something a little smaller. So I posted the note 3 up on Craigslist looking to trade for a S5. I got three LG G3 owners wanted to trade their new G3 for my note 3.

What's wrong with the G3? I saw it at an att store and it looks good too. Didn't play with it though.

Nothing as far as I know. However it does not have the same stylus/pen system. . . Note is attractive because of that great feature as well as size!
(Also, some folks like all of the Sammy options that come with Touchwiz!)
