I just flashed Jasmine 3.0 and it didn't have the Browser. I had to flash that separately on my own. Strange...

EDIT: Got it. Apparently the jasmine ROM for Verizon does not restore the stock browser. I guess the creator thought it would be too good of a ROM and Verizon would sue or something. Oh well, I can do these things myself.

I use Chrome. I have downloaded Firefox but haven't used it at all. I notice that on Chrome, sometimes if I shut down the app, I'll lose all of my tabs and my history for that day. Not even running on Invisible or Incognito mode.

If you have more than one browser installed, the first time you clicked on a link in another app (e.g., email), the phone should have asked which app to use to open links. If you're not getting prompted, go to the application manager, find your default browser, tap on that row, scroll down, and tap "Clear defaults."

The next time you click on a link outside your browser window you should get prompted for what app you want to use, and whether to set that as the default.

Mostly Dolphin, but I'm starting to use Chrome more often due to bookmark syncing.

I use Dolphin browsers as my go-to browser and Chrome as my backup. I love Dolphin. It allows you to run Flash.

To chrome users, excuse my ignorance, but do you use it alongside the default home browser, going into it as an app and then staying there, or do you somehow default to it as a home screen, and if so, how?

I have chrome on my home screen and I run it separate from the stock broweser.
If u download chrome from play store and when u open chrome a pop up appears showing the stock browser and chrome and it will ask u if u want to set one as default, which u can change your decision at anytime thru settings/apps/ all/choose which browser/ clear defaults..... I honestly haven't used the stock browser since I got chrome.. Chrome does act a little slow at first but it gets better as u use it and explore pages,,, and there are some little tricks u can do to tweak chrome and make it faster.. And it is fast!!!!!!!!

Chrome works for me

Been using the latest version, Chrome 39 and been happy with it but I was poking around and seen there is a version 40 that's in dev. And thought about checking it out (that's how I chose Vers. 39) cuz u can go to chrome://flags and play around with different settings to tweak it the way u want it.. Anyone tried any dev/experimental browsers lately? If so which ones?
