Why is google play store slow after marshmellow update on verizon lg g3?

Welcome to Android Central! Slow in what way? Displaying the screen? Downloading or installing apps? Is anything else slow?

Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.

It's slow loading pictures. Yes I tried Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Data, then Force Stop and it's still slow. I notice when I load instagram it's also slow loading pictures

Does this happen on wi-fi as well, or only mobile data?

I'm not sure if you solved this yet or not, but apparently some G3's (including mine) have extremely slow WIFI when Bluetooth is on. Unfortunately I've gotten into the habit of turning off BT whenever I need to look something up on my phone. If you turn of BT everything works fine. I've seen that LG is aware of the issue but haven't resolved it yet. I have a Verizon VS985, not sure if the other variants suffer from the same issue.

No I haven't fix it. It only happens when I browse Google play store and tumblr. It's rather annoying. I tried to stop bt to see if it fixes it and it don't. I'm not sure what's going on but I would love to fix it

I have this problem too and my bluetooth is off. Were you able to solve it?
