lg g4 bootlooping cant fix that cuz i cant a access the wipe cash menu when starting ! help ?

Yesterday at night I was using my LG G4 when it suddenly turned off and started bootlooping I tried to wipe the cash but unfortunately I couldn't cuz I cant access the menu by method of holding on the volume down and power button ! any helpful notes ?!

There's many posts about this in the G4 sub-forum here, but basically you'll need to file a warranty claim. From everything I've read, G4's with serial numbers starting 505 to 508 (manufactured between May and August) have potential motherboard defects that cause a non-recoverable boot loop. Unfortunately, it's a hardware failure that can't be fixed with things like cache wipes and resets.
