LG G4 Didn't get Marshmallow update.

As the title says, there's nothing much to explain, I haven't got android 6.0 since the official release on the G4, I'm still stuck on 5.1 and every time i check for updates there is nothing new. I live in Romania, and don't really know people that own a G4 in order to ask them what software version they have. What should I do to get the android update? I was really hyped about Nougat, but considering I don't even have Marshmallow, I have no hope left that i will get an update soon. Is this normal? I've been searching on google for similar problems such as mine, but didn't manage to find something relevant or even recent enough to relate on. What should I do in order to get the update?

Perhaps you could try LG Bridge?

I haven't tried with LG Bridge before, but i downloaded it and when i click on "software update" it shows me this error box http://i.imgur.com/v05Qxwt.png

I am not familiar with LG Bridge but I've seen a lot of mac users having that error message. Do you have a mac or pc?

I'm on PC and i don't have a mac around to try this. I even tried on 2 different laptops and I still have the same issue, i can't figure out if it's the phone's fault or the program's.

Hmm. OK, I'm not familiar with LGS or that software but the first thing I would try is a different cable. Also, make sure you've unlocked the screen an enable data connection
