Quick question... On the rebate form it says you need a copy of your receipt with IMEI # and store number, etc...

I bought mine through TMO online. My receipt has the price and payment etc... But it does not have the exact phones info because it was obviously an order, not a purchase at a brick TMO store.

Do you think that receipt will be sufficient for the rebate?

I say go for it. If rejected they will let you know. Or call customer service.

wait until you get your phone...the invoice with the phone should include the imei, which is what you should use.

It clearly says it wants one picture of the receipt and one picture of the imei on thr box
You can put the box in the picture with the order.

Btw i sent off thr same thing for the battery and the tmobile 128 gb sd card. So far as i kbow nithibg stops you from getting borh.

I already have the phone. I have all the info on the side of the box and I have my "online" receipt printed out. I guess I'll just send everything I have and hope it goes through. I'm sure they're going to be getting a lot of similar receipts from others who ordered online ....

so the invoice that came in the box with the phone didn't include the imei?

The phone didn't come with an invoice. Just the phone package and a flier/ad for the TMO SD card rebate.

Yeah this caught me off guard too. They usually include an invoice. I actually took a picture of the email from T-Mobile that says you have been charged. It listed all the info. I submitted it on the 28th and no word yet.

Yup. Thats what I printed out. It has the phone, the total, the payment... Only thing not on that invoice is the actual phone info. Hopefully between that invoice and the actual info on side of phone box I'll be good to go.

I chatted with Customer service at tmobile since i never received a receipt. Sent it to my email within 15 minutes.

Yeah I ordered on line as well. The paper in the box was just a shipping receipt, so I copied the e-mail receipt to a pdf file and sent that along with a photo of the side of the box with the label on it. I suppose I'll hear back if they won't accept a pdf file.
