LG G4 H815 update

Hey the H815 is the Korean model right? (At least that's what I was told) Are you guys using those in the U.S. and if so, on what providers??!

I believe the Korean model has a 'T' at the end.....H815T. Most of us here have the global international version (also UK) which is the H815.

So it appears I have the Global International model then! Are any of you using yours in the US?

I am -- on T-Mobile. I still do not see the update.

I got mine yesterday and this update was available immediately for me. Obviously I have no idea what the changes were though as I've never used it without them.

I got it the other day using LG Bridge. Everything seems the same. Who knows what changed.

I got rid of SGS touchscreen booster and I didn't notice much difference. They might have tweaked the touch screen response. It's a small difference, could be fooling myself.

They could do literally anything with that update description. This is where we need the Android Central staff to reach out to their contacts...

Just got the update. I'm on AT&T with my H815.

One thing I immediately noticed was an increase in the responsiveness of the double tap to wake the G4. Now I barely have to touch the screen upon double tap. Before the update, the double tap to wake didn't work 100% of the time. Now it's awesome.

I knew they'd fix the touch responsiveness. It was only a matter of an update.

I'm hoping they didn't break the wake locks. I charged my G4 last night with WiFi turned off. When I looked at battery usage after the few hours the phone has been on battery, WiFi is towards the top of the list - WiFi s not on. What gives here? Also Google Services is being a battery hog. As long as Android has been out, you would think they could get it right at this point.....

Im on AT&T with the Global International Model in US (H815)

I have an update which is 177.53MB in Size, V10c-JUN-17-2015
I will wait until more people with this phone report nothing is broken after updating...

I wonder, If I choose to factory reset the phone in the future, will all updates (software and also OS updates) still be there, or does it reset to the state the phone was when I bought it?

I also have a software update available: Calendar, but before updating it says I also have to download InCalAgent, what is that and should I update Calendar or keep it at its state (it works...)?

Update installed!

Impressions? Device response has improved, especially the touchscreen. I didn't have an issue with it, but the response seems to be quicker this time.

Agreed. My touchscreen definitely seems more responsive as well. Glad to see LG is addressing issues people may be having.

Also, it seems that KnockON responds much more consistently and quickly than before.

It was a minor issue when it sometimes doesn't register but it's fixed now.

DAMN IT!!! Where is my update?!?!?!?.....Ok, I checked the 'Check automatically' feature so I don't drive myself mad, lol! :)

I saw you have an S6. Any issues with RAM management that I've been hearing so much about?
Phone definitely slows down over time until it is rebooted. I usually restart every two days or so while I'm using it. Seems to do the trick.
