Update installed!

Impressions? Device response has improved, especially the touchscreen. I didn't have an issue with it, but the response seems to be quicker this time.

DAMN IT!!! Where is my update?!?!?!? .....Ok, I checked the 'Check automatically' feature so I don't drive myself mad, lol!

I even cleared the cache on my system update. I am confused why we don't have it yet. I guess it is a stage rollout?

Non-US carrier.

It's a staged rollout. It depends on your particular device. H815 units are unlocked, and thus, don't rely on carrier updates.

Yeah I am using the H815 (International Model) within the US on T-Mobile. I just wish it would pop up for me . haha.

I have an update which is 177.53MB in Size, V10c-JUN-17-2015
I will wait until more people with this phone report nothing is broken after updating...

I wonder, If I choose to factory reset the phone in the future, will all updates (software and also OS updates) still be there, or does it reset to the state the phone was when I bought it?


I also have a software update available: Calendar, but before updating it says I also have to download InCalAgent, what is that and should I update Calendar or keep it at its state (it works...)?

Factory resetting will keep you on the current software. It won't drop you back. It just wipes all data, not the system.

I'm hoping they didn't break the wake locks. I charged my G4 last night with WiFi turned off. When I looked at battery usage after the few hours the phone has been on battery, WiFi is towards the top of the list - WiFi s not on. What gives here? Also Google Services is being a battery hog. As long as Android has been out, you would think they could get it right at this point.....

As for the wifi, see if you have the wifi scanning on in the settings. Or something around those lines.

That's the one that was just released. Some phones are saying 10c depending on the region / carrier, but some people on xda believe 10b and 10c are the same update, just for different regions / carriers. One update file that someone grabbed from LG's update servers even said 10b in the filename, but once installed, showed 10c for some.

Just got an update on my AT&T version. Still optimizing apps...takes forever for this part.

I'm now on H81010g for software version. Build number LMY47D.

As for the wifi, see if you have the wifi scanning on in the settings. Or something around those lines.

Yeah, the WiFi scanning did indeed turn back on after the update. I always turn that feature off. Thanks.

I'm updating now... AT&T H810, it's only 149mb tho... not the 180mb as in the OP.
