LG G4 making calls, screen blacks out. Has anyone else had this issue?

LG G4 making calls, screen blacks out

does anyone have issues with this?

doesn't go back on unless i press POWER button on the back of phone..happens immediately after dialing the number. So frustrating.

i tried going to settings and change the screen timeouts, displays, etc. and i changed it all to 2 minutes....but still blacks out.

Try cleaning the proximity sensor. That was causing similar problem on my wife's G3.

Do you have a screen protector on it? I had this issue with a tempered glass screen protector. It was cut at the top only around the speaker grille (not like the auction - item in auction picture showed a wide cutout, so was able to get a refund based on that). So it covered the proximity sensor and would black out once I placed a phone call. If you don't have one, then like Hunan said maybe its dirty.
