LG G4 phone with Verizon - cannot get it to use wifi callin

[AC Question]

My home has very pour phone service with Verizon.
Verizon call center says the LG4 with Android 6.0 version VS98625A should support WiFi Calling.
Verizon confirmed my settings but it sill uses the 1 bar I have through the cell tower. With one bar I loose the voice sometimes and it drops the calls sometimes. Any ideas?

This probably sounds stupid, but do you have WiFi calling toggled in your settings? If so then you'd want to check your network to see if you are fully connected. Some modems may not allow WiFi calling as a default because of the type of traffic. I would check your security settings in the configuration screen of your modem.
