LG G4 QuickRemote not saving

For some reason, my quick remote keeps deleting my saved remotes. I'll set up two or three and they work for a few weeks, but then out of nowhere they will just disappear. Any suggestions?

I just want to say that I've had this issue as well. The only detail I want to add to this is that it deletes the remotes but for some reason it keeps the favorited channels. If I create a new remote after seeing that the other remotes were deleted and click on favorites, all my favorites are still there, even if the new remote is in a different "room". I did just get an update for my phone though so I'm hoping it fixed this issue.

I have two devices set up - Quick Remote and they are solid. No problems described above. I'm on T-Mobile model H811.

I don't have any suggestions other than removing the remotes and re-adding.
