Irrespective that LG Canada has lousy customer service (Canada is obviously an afterthought) my Voice Mate will not turn on unless I physically pull up the app. Yes the settings are correct for turning on the app by just saying one of the phrases but I can scream "Hello Genie" or "LG Mobile" until I'm blue in the face and nothing happens.
