LG G4 Weather App

[AC Question]

Hey Everyone - The weather app on the main screen of my G4 stopped working. I closed it, but now can't get it open again. Is there I can get it work properly too? Thanks for any help.

You mean that you tap the icon and nothing happens?

Thanks for the reply. The application was stuck and wouldn't update, so the temperature would say the same thing unless I went in and manually changed my location, then it would update. I saw somewhere if I closed the application it would help, but now I can't get it to open again where it showed the weather. Now it's just an icon, which if I open it, it still doesn't update the weather, so I need to get that working too. Thanks again.

Can you open the app, tap the three-dot menu top right, then Settings, then Update Interval? Or does that seem correctly set?

Thanks belodion. I actually signed up last year, but couldn't remember my user name. I then saw I could log-in with my email and voila, I'm in like Flynn.

Back to my issue, when I got my phone, the weather app worked well and took up the top 40% of my screen, but then it stopped working for some reason. I'm not sure why. I deleted the large icon(my bad), but now I can't get it back. If I manually reset my location, it works at that moment, but I don't believe it is updating.

What I'd like to do is get the larger weather icon back, the one on the top 40% of the screen, and get it to update properly. Thanks again.
