Hi guys,
I'd like to use the stock email app provided by LG but the auto-sync doesn't work for my gmail account. I've tried the feature with another hotmail account and it works like a sharm. May you help me to fix it?

Thank you!

Thank you for the answer.
The settings I'm using are right, just like yours. I've tried disabling the auto-sync option but it still doesn't work. I've tried everything without success.

I wonder whys that. Hmmm maybe u can try disabling and enabling the email app. Or clearing cache and data.amd try again. If it fails, you can try resetting phone,if you want to... I hope u will find solutions to that , if u do, tell us how u did it. Goodluck! :)

I got the similar issue with the stock email app connecting to our company's MDaemon activesync email server. It's fine to download the emails and sync but couldn't download or opened the attachment.

Tried other several activesync email client apps like Mail Wise, Nine, Gmail app. Finally working fine with the Blackberry Hub+ for Android. It's really having bugs on the stock email app activesync connection. But seems not much people talking about it.

I'm evaluating the Blue Mail right now. But found the sync (activesync) was very slow. Anyone can suggest more choices?

I use Bluemail as my goto email client for both my Gmail and Outlook mail and it runs beautifully. Basically set up both accounts up using the default auto setup option to boot.

My connection is not the regular public web email service provider. It's to connect to my company MDaemon activesync email server like the MS Exchange. So it's a different world.
Also as our users need to keep huge volume of email in the Inbox like 30000 emails for business use. Not several hundred for personal use.
BB Hub is the only one that working fine up to this moment. But need to know how to purchase the volume license for corporate users.

Over and above Bluemail, I use Nine (Pro version) via EAS to manage all my daily biz Emails, Calendar and Contacts. I like to keep my biz emails completely separate from my personal messages. I was using Hub on my previous OS10 devices and more recently on my Priv, however I've moved on to a G5 following numerous GPS issues on the Priv.

We're all creatures of habit, and I get that, however my current configuration, Bluemail for personal and Nine for biz, I really don't miss the hub. But that's just me.
