LG G5: Music, Photos & Video on SD card

I want my photos, videos and music to be saved on my SD card and not my internal storage. How do i change the settings for that?

Are you talking about files that you download? Not all phones have a system option to set the SD card as the default download location -- go to Settings>Storage to see if that option is available. Otherwise, check the settings of the app you're using to download to see if it can download directly to the SD card.

For photos and videos you take using the Camera app, open the Camera, go to its settings, and look for the default storage location option there.
