LG G5 white lock screen with emergency call only. HELP. Cant access phone

Hi, please help me!

I don't know what's wrong I can't access my phone anymore. I tried everything - safe mode, android device manager, restarting, removing sim card etc. After several attempts when I power up my phone a white screen with an emergency call button is only present. No tap password or anything. I searched for some info and apparently it happened on other LG G series as well. I don't want to master reset my phone as I will lose my data.

you have a carrier, ATT,Verizon...etc. how long have you had your phone? if you dont want master reset, take it to your carrier.
