LG G6 can't turn off black and white screen

I got this phone 13hrs ago for wife, don't know what she did or what happened but I can't turn off the screen back to color mode. It's black and white. I so far checked:
Comfort View -off
Filter -none
Theme - LG
Battery Saver -off
Grayscale - off

Anything else I'm missing? She doesn't have much stuff on it, yet, but I still would like no to do hard reset

OK. Got it now, if someone needs.
I turned on grayscale > turned off the phone > turned on the phone > turned off grayscale

not restart. i tried that
