Lg G6 not fast charging after recent software update

[Android Central Question]

My Lg G6 stopped fast charging ever since I did a software update a few months ago. I tried cleaning the USB port and charging cable as mentioned in many sites and also did a factory reset a few times still the problem persists. I tried different chargers (QC 3.0) also without any success. Please help as now my mobile is taking more than 6hours to charge and maybe keeping for so more time for charging, the battery performance is also going down. Please help.
