LG G6Phone Doesn’t Ring

[Android Central Question]

Has anyone who has the LG G6 phone ever have their incoming call not ring? My sister has an IPhone 8 and when she calls me sometimes my phone won’t and if there is another party with her she has them call me to ask me to call her.

The volume is turned as high as it can go cause I’m a little hard of hearing. The only time I get her calls is if I have my phone in my hand and her name pops up so I know she’s trying to reach me.

It rings fine for some people and not at all for some people.

Please help.
