LG K4(M151) Firmware Update Bricked Phone

Is it possible to recover from having this phone bricked? The screen showed a firware download, progress bar, then it completed. The shut off and will not power back on. I have reposts about using the support tool to recover from the firmware, but the computer does not recognize the phone when it is connected via the USB.

Any suggestions, let me know.

Assuming that it's charged, see if your carrier can reflash the update - some can, some can't.

The reflashing will more than likely delete all of the user data on the phone, am I correct?

@PowderJockey no, if they reflash the update, it does the same thing as the update did. Only flashing the whole ROM will not delete everything, but it comes with its own userdata partition, which doesn't have any of your data. But the update has no userdata.
